Nicola Arnese

With over 20 years of international experience in senior leadership positions, I have developed a deep expertise in the key areas of Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, and Data-Driven Product Management.

Customer Experience and Digital Transformation:
In my roles as Global Director of Product in France, Chief Digital Officer in Italy, Commercial Director in North America, and Managing Director in Eastern Europe, I have successfully redesigned and executed the end-to-end customer journey for multiple B2B and B2C digital transformation projects. This resulted in significant improvements in Net Promoter Score (NPS), customer loyalty and retention, as well as increased online sales and services.

Data-Driven Product Management:
I have managed the end-to-end product lifecycle at a global scale in the tech customer experience industry, from ideation to execution and market introduction. This included P&L accountability with annual investment budgets of up to 20 million euros.

Entrepreneurship with A Focus on Customer-Centricity:
I co-founded and managed two successful enterprises, with a focus on digitalization, streamlined operations, and customer-centric services in the hospitality sector.

Strategic Business Development:
I played a critical role in the strategic expansion of businesses in North America and Southeast Europe by introducing innovative products, overseeing commercial P&L, and enhancing profitability. Additionally, I managed strategic partnerships with industry leaders such as Adobe, Salesforce, Accenture, and Microsoft.

I have a proven track record of building, expanding, and developing diverse teams of up to 50 people in various corporate settings, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, well-being, and high performance.
